1. Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Germany via Deutsche Post.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Please see https://www.deutschepost.de/en/a/aktuelles.html for detailed information about valid destination countries.
3. How do shipping options differ, and which one is best for me?
BüWa & Priority Mail Unregistered:
• No tracking or insurance
• Prio Unregistered includes national "basic" tracking, but shipments aren't guaranteed to be scanned. Basic tracking is available for 21 days only.
• Recommended for cheap items or to save shipping costs
Einschreiben & Priority Mail Registered:
• Includes full tracking with delivery confirmation and 20€ insurance
• Recommended if you care about being able to track your order. Please choose registered shipping if your local postal service is known for losing packages.
Registered Small Package
• Includes full tracking with delivery confirmation and 50€ insurance
• Recommended for orders over ~20€
4. When will my order arrive?
In-stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
• Germany: 1-7 days
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• North America, Asia, (South-)East-Asia: 2-4 weeks
• Rest of the world: 2-6 weeks
Please note that there may be delays due to holidays, customs, or unforseen events.
5. What is your refund & return policy?
All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted. For unregistered shipments I assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the shipping company. I kindly ask for your understanding.
However if your order was shipped tracked and did not arrive after the maximum transit time stated above, please contact me so I can look into it!
6. VAT (sales tax) information
In accordance with §19 UStG no sales tax is charged. For some orders from the US, bigcartel collects and remits sales tax on their own, which I have no influence over.
